Everlast is a world-renowned fitness brand with over a century of heritage in boxing. But over the last two years, Frasers Group have catapulted the chain of Everlast Clubs (including clubs formerly branded Sports Direct) upwards to become the ‘most-watched’ player in the UK industry.
Jigsaw Fitness has worked closely with the team at Everlast Gyms on all of their ‘elevation projects’. The Jigsaw team has delivered a full suite of creative, bespoke equipment designs to allow Everlast Gyms to achieve their goal of creating boutique training concepts in a big-box setting.
Our design highlights from these projects include, the unique Haymaker boxing studios, and APEX hybrid training rigs. Jigsaw Fitness are also tasked with the design and manufacture of all bespoke reception desks, juice bars, storage units and custom theming throughout these sites.

High intently interval training (HIIT) within the iconic HUSTLE studio, combining functional, resistance and cardio conditioning. The space is designed for a high octane experience, placing the instructor centre stage.
Drawing from their boxing heritage, HAYMAKER is a fast paced HIIT workout that packs a punch! Fusing authentic boxing combinations with dynamic sports conditioning exercises utilising our unique rig with punchbags, storage and folding benches.
Transform your body and relax your mind, find calm with Everlast's BREATHE sessions. BREATHE is orientated around mobility, flexibility and improved core strength whilst focusing the mind and revitalising the body.
CRANKED is Everlast's high energy, coach led indoor cycle class within their immersive CRANKED studio
Learn to lift! BACKBONE enables participants to understand the fundamentals of weight lifting whilst working out like an athlete. This coach-led small group session will develop key movements and techniques that will transform any strength program into a champions workout.
